Purchases may be obtained by any of the following methods:
- Free local pick up direct from artist near Osler, SK, Canada
- Local delivery by the artist
- Canada Post lettermail or parcel
- Courier service (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc.)
- Freight transportation (for oversized items)
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days. Large, complex shipments may require additional time to prepare.
If the business is experiencing a high volume of orders or during high-volume shipping season, there may be delays. I will contact you by email with updates on tracking number and shipping progress.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges cover the average cost of shipping within the region. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You may request a specific shipping quote customized for your destination - contact to inquire.

Items are insured and shipped with the best-suited courier for the size, weight, destination, etc.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Some shipments may not be accepted at P.O. or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required for courier/freight service.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Customers receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number (if applicable) by email when the order is shipped, usually within 2-5 business days.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, Additional Fees
Michelle Thevenot Artwork is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, duties, etc.).
Purchaser is responsible for additional storage/return/re-delivery fees incurred by the shipping company if the Purchaser is not available to receive the shipment.
Michelle Thevenot Artwork is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and/or myself for support in filing an insurance claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping is available to United States and all other international countries. Exceptions subject to individual country shipping restrictions, service availability, and local law.
