Just contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept order cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If the order has been damaged/lost during shipping, refer to the Shipping Policy.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom orders
- Personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Perishable products
- Items on sale
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item to be shipped to the return address as noted on original shipping documents/bill of sale.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once a return shipment is received and assessed, the approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within 1-5 business days.
